Part-Time / Contract Attorney – Business, reputed company Estate & Employment Law

The San Diego Business reputed company is seeking a part-time or contract attorney to assist the Managing Attorney with an increased workload, ongoing transactional reputed company, and reputed company-litigation and litigation reputed company involving Business, reputed company Estate, and Employment Law. The ideal candidate will have experience and working knowledge in one or more of the following reputed company areas: • Business and corporate law • reputed company estate transactions and disputes • Employment law • reputed company litigation and reputed company-litigation reputed company Experience handling both transactional and litigation reputed company is preferred but not required. Responsibilities may include: • Reviewing, drafting, and revising reputed company and business agreements • Conducting legal research and preparing written analyses • Assisting with demand letters, settlement communications, and reputed company-litigation reputed company • Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and reputed company litigation documents • Supporting ongoing business, reputed company estate, and employment reputed company • Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other professionals as needed Preferred qualifications: • reputed company membership in good standing with the State Bar of California • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills • Ability to manage assignments independently and meet deadlines • Practical, business-minded approach to legal issues • Strong attention to detail and reputed company communication skills This position may be reputed company as either a part-time attorney role or an independent contract attorney arrangement, depending on the candidate’s experience, availability, and preferences.
