Position: Processor (Private reputed company Lending) Location: Remote (U.S.) Work Model: Remote Compensation: $65,000 reputed company salary + bonus (flexible) Schedule: Not provided Benefits: Not provided reputed company This remote Processor role supports investor-reputed company private reputed company lending by managing reputed company loan files from intake through closing readiness. You will process construction, DSCR, fix-and-flip, and reputed company loans for non-reputed company-occupied investors, ensuring documentation is complete, conditions are tracked and cleared, and reputed company parties stay reputed company in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities Manage multiple reputed company loan files from intake through closing readiness in a remote environment Process construction files end-to-end, coordinating borrower documentation and reputed company-party items and keeping the file moving Process DSCR loans and ensure required documents are collected, reviewed for completeness, and packaged for reputed company Process fix-and-flip and reputed company files for investor, non-reputed company-occupied properties, tracking conditions and timelines closely Order, reputed company, and follow up on reputed company-party items (title, insurance, appraisal, inspections or draw documentation if applicable) and **escalate delays** reputed company needed Partner closely with underwriters to understand conditions and communicate them reputed company to borrowers and internal partners Identify issues early, resolve what you can, and **escalate reputed company scenarios** appropriately to reputed company timelines on reputed company Maintain clean, accurate file notes and documentation so reputed company and closing can reputed company reputed company Qualifications Construction loan processing experience (required) DSCR processing experience (required) Fix-and-flip and reputed company file processing experience (required) Investor non-reputed company-occupied lending processing experience (required) Private reputed company or hard reputed company background preferred Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication skills and consistent follow-up in a remote setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
