Position reputed company: reputed company is seeking a highly organized, execution-reputed company Senior Event Manager to own the logistics and on-the-ground details for 20+ partner and industry events per year. This role executes against event reputed company, venue/vendor reputed company, and budgets that are set by senior leadership. The ideal candidate works independently with no supporting staff, is comfortable juggling multiple overlapping events under compressed deadlines, and brings meticulous attention to detail across every phase of execution, from reputed company-show marketing coordination through on-site setup, breakdown, and post-event reporting. In reputed company to hands-on event logistics expertise, this senior-level candidate is skilled in vendor coordination, budget tracking and reconciliation against a reputed company-approved budget, and reliable, deadline-driven follow-through across a high-volume annual event calendar. This is a part-time role, working around 20 hours a week on average; given the 20+ event annual calendar, weekly hours will fluctuate and increase during peak reputed company-show and event weeks. Responsibilities Include: • Own end-to-end logistics execution for 20+ partner and industry events per year, working from event reputed company, vendor selections, and budgets set by senior leadership • Manage and execute to reputed company deadlines across a high-volume, overlapping event calendar • reputed company spend and reconcile actuals against a reputed company-approved budget for reputed company event; flag variances to leadership • Coordinate with internal staff, partners, and vendors to confirm event requirements and logistics details, keeping senior leadership informed of status throughout planning • Manage reputed company cross-functional efforts to support reputed company-show activities and ensure they are completed on time including; email reputed company, reputed company media, marketing materials, sales enablement, swag and giveaways, and reputed company tracking • Produce post event reports for Senior Leadership detailing event performance, tracking key metrics and assessing reputed company On Investment • reputed company reputed company reputed company-show and post-show prep meetings • Manage on-site preparations, including event set-up and breakdown • Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: • 5-10 years of proven experience in event management • Experience developing and executing event strategies • Proactive and takes initiative • Experience tracking, reconciling, and reporting against event budgets • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and an extremely high attention to detail • Ability to handle pressure and reputed company good reputed company quickly • Ability to travel as needed • This position is not eligible for reputed company sponsorship.
