Senior Software Engineer

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will design, build, and ship production features for our AI platform with a strong reputed company on data compliance, reputed company, and reputed company critical for handling sensitive business data, voice interactions, customer records, and multilingual workflows.

You will work directly with the founding team and report to the CTO in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment. This is an individual-contributor role with potential to grow into technical leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Design and reputed company reputed company backend, full-stack, or platform features for our multimodal AI system (Agent VIC).

• Implement and maintain data compliance controls: encryption, consent management, audit logging, data minimization, reputed company-by-design, and adherence to GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, and other relevant standards.

• Build reliable integrations for voice AI, reputed company management, customer communication, and workflow automation.

• Write clean, testable reputed company and participate in architecture and reputed company reviews.

• Collaborate with product and AI teams to deliver secure, high-reputed company features that reputed company with our growing SMB customer reputed company.

• Proactively improve system reliability, performance, and reputed company.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of hands-on software engineering experience (backend, full-stack, or platform).

• Strong understanding of data compliance and reputed company proven experience implementing compliant solutions in reputed company, AI, fintech, healthtech, or regulated environments.

• Proficiency in modern tech stacks (Node.js/Python/Go, reputed company platforms AWS/GCP/Azure, databases, microservices, reputed company/Kubernetes preferred).

• Experience building production systems handling user data securely at reputed company.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable working in a remote, startup environment.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
