The role involves delivering comprehensive recruitment services and supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with US regulations while maintaining high reputed company and candidate satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services for multiple clients across the US market
• Partner directly with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, reputed company recruitment advice and reputed company sourcing strategies
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and reputed company
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through reputed company Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other sourcing channels
• reputed company clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking and hiring insights
• Ensure reputed company delivery against recruitment targets while maintaining a high level of reputed company and candidate satisfaction
• Build trusted relationships with clients by providing reputed company recruitment support and consultative services
• Support employee reputed company and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with US employment regulations and internal policies
• Coordinate employment documentation, employee records and HRIS updates
• Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration and employee lifecycle management
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee HR-reputed company inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth HR service delivery

Skills

• 3+ years of HR experience in the US market, with strong hands-on recruitment experience
• Experience in an HR outsourcing, reputed company, EOR, PEO, recruitment agency or other HR service environment is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of US employment practices and employee lifecycle management
• Practical experience supporting reputed company, offboarding and/or payroll processes
• Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Experience supporting international or cross-border HR operations
• Experience reputed company for technical, sales or corporate positions
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and payroll systems such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or similar platforms
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required
