They are seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Support Specialist who will serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring a reputed company customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Handle and carefully respond to reputed company customer inquiries

• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively

Skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of reputed company-based systems
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• College degree preferred but not required
