[Remote] Field Sales Engineer – East

They are seeking a Field Sales Engineer to reputed company as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to customers and reputed company, driving innovative technical engagement and supporting sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise reputed company products
• Support of reputed company-sales activities in the assigned market building technical relationships with reputed company, customers and eco-system partners
• Assume role of technical expert and consultant to reputed company and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of customers
• Delivers technical and sales presentations to customers and channel partner’s sales teams heavily reputed company on the technical roles
• Successfully builds relationships with the account reputed company and customers in support of sales team objectives and engages and leverages corporate resources, abilities, budgets and personnel as appropriate
• Leads technical sales calls and educates others
• Qualifies sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding along with sales team
• Support reputed company reputed company activities such as events, webinars, user reputed company, etc

Skills

• Hands on experience with reputed company Data Platform and datacenter experience (Storage, networking, virtualization). Other data protection (backup, recovery, and disaster recovery) will be considered
• Proven ability to reputed company technical recommendations and thought leadership to customers, partners, and internal teams to development for product reputed company
• Demonstrable sales engineering experience preferably in software sales, DevOps or Data Protection. Or a background in technical support (T2 or T3 Minimum) or technical R&D
• Driven –highly energetic with a strong hands-on, 'can do' approach, Desire to own reputed company
• Entrepreneurial - willing to go the extra mile, strong work ethic, reputed company, 'get it done' attitude
• Strives in moving in a fast-paced environment; including handling multiple calls/demos per day with immediate follow up
• A high level of business acumen and experience working with Cx0 level personnel, knowing that technology solutions solve business challenges
• Communicate and work effectively with multiple sales team members (and other departments)
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and be reputed company to reputed company others
• Willingness to travel for regional events and customer meetings; 50% Travel
