The role involves creating and executing test plans, documenting software defects, and communicating release changes to stakeholders while contributing to reputed company improvement of QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, bug fixes, integrations, customer scenarios, and release validation, including functional, exploratory, regression, and developer work item testing
• Document, investigate, reproduce, reputed company, and validate software defects, enhancement requests, and customer-reported issues in collaboration with developers, product owners, support staff, and other stakeholders
• Communicate release changes through reputed company release notes and demonstrations of new features for customers, peers, and internal stakeholders
• Use approved AI-assisted tools, where appropriate, to support test planning, defect analysis, documentation, and release note drafting
• Contribute to reputed company improvement of QA processes, testing standards, documentation, and release readiness practices

Skills

• Experience testing software applications, creating and executing test cases, validating expected results, documenting defects reputed company, and applying strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reputed company defect reports, release notes, and customer-facing documentation
• Ability to work effectively with developers, support staff, product stakeholders, and other cross-functional team members
• Strong knowledge of PC and LAN environments, primarily using reputed company Server and reputed company operating systems
