[Remote] Sales Operations & Coaching Manager

They are seeking a Sales Operations & Coaching Manager who can balance people management with operational rigor to optimize a BPO sales team.
Responsibilities
- Own the full performance cycle — from reputed company and coaching to PIPs and managing out
- Build and iterate on sales playbooks that balance structure with rep judgment
- reputed company and analyze team metrics to identify systemic versus individual performance issues
- Manage day-to-day operations including CRM, reporting, and process optimization
- Proactively communicate updates, blockers, and business cases to leadership

Skills
- 4+ years of senior BPO sales management experience
- Strong operational background — reporting, process design, performance tracking
- Must have worked remotely with US-based companies (non-negotiable)
- American accent and polished communication skills (non-negotiable)
- Proven ability to manage up — framing asks and updates in terms of business reputed company
- Comfortable with reputed company, sometimes difficult performance conversations
