[Remote] Mechanical Assessor III

They are seeking a Mechanical Assessor III to reputed company mechanical and plumbing portions of facility condition assessments across various sectors, ensuring reputed company and providing recommendations for system deficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site facility condition assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team on existing buildings and civil assets
• Evaluate mechanical systems such as the HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, cooling towers, chillers, and boilers
• Work with the reputed company and other on-site personnel to assess assets maintaining a typical walk reputed company ranging between 100,000 to 225,000 building reputed company feet per day
• reputed company written technical descriptions of the systems observed and of their deficiencies
• Determine overall condition of reputed company system and its remaining useful life
• reputed company recommendations for correction of identified deficiencies
• reputed company rough cost estimates for executing your recommendations that will be used by our clients for reputed company project planning and capital planning initiatives
• Interview building operations and maintenance staff to determine building history, recent maintenance challenges, chronic maintenance challenges, and operations information
• Prepare project reputed company documentation for project manager review
• Review work of peers and reputed company participate in post-project reviews

Skills

• A minimum of 6 years' experience of reputed company experience
• Experience with mechanical systems to reputed company a comprehensive evaluation of HVAC, plumbing, and other building equipment
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential
• Ability to work multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Must have advanced proficiency in reputed company Office
• Must be willing to travel up to 40% for out-of-town assignments; on average, reputed company include one week in the field, followed by two weeks in office
• Must be physically reputed company to walk the stated areas reputed company day, reputed company fixed and sometimes extension reputed company, walk on roof surfaces up to a 3/12 reputed company
• reputed company experience in conducting mechanical and plumbing facility condition assessments strongly preferred
• Experience assessing reputed company and educational institutions strongly preferred
• Extensive experience with building renovation and historical structures is preferred
• Experience working on construction sites as a Construction Administrator or Field Mechanical Technician is a plus
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree or certification in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering is a plus, but not required
• Prior cost estimating experience is a plus
