This role requires driving strategic initiatives, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring successful execution of reputed company across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define program goals, scope, and timelines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a reputed company field

• Experience supporting Sales Enablement or reputed company business transformation initiatives
• 4+ years of people management, team leadership, or mentoring experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Agile/Scrum experience
