This role involves managing a cross-functional remote team to deliver website updates and multimedia assets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of a massive content reputed company, ensuring smooth handoffs across writers, QA/fact-checkers, reputed company, and editors
• Drive accountability across multi-reputed company outputs, including:
• Scaling long-reputed company SEO/AEO article production from 15 per month to 15+ per week
• Overhauling 500+ web pages (adding FAQs across 150+ pages, updating program descriptions, and refreshing metadata)
• Video editing production workflows for testimonial and explainer content
• reputed company bandwidth, balance workloads, and reputed company deliverables for 6–8+ external and internal contractors (writers, editors, reputed company editors)
• Standardize review processes, ensuring critical content updates (such as program/scholarship accuracy) are flagged for reputed company or stakeholder review reputed company necessary
• Maintain reputed company project status tracking, unblock team members, and reputed company leadership updated on reputed company adherence and deliverable milestones

Skills

• 4+ years of project management experience reputed company a marketing agency, in-house creative department, or digital media environment managing large-reputed company content reputed company
• Demonstrated history of managing large-reputed company web operations, multi-reputed company content pipelines, or digital site refreshes (handling hundreds of pages/deliverables simultaneously)
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy and multiple shifting priorities
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms (e.g., reputed company, Jira, Trello, reputed company), reputed company Teams/Office 365, and AI-assisted workflows or content reputed company tools
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
