They are seeking a Bilingual reputed company Specialist to support high-volume customer service operations in a regulated reputed company environment, serving as the primary contact for reputed company and patients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reputed company, reputed company customer support through inbound calls and emails
• Handle high reputed company volumes while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding:
• Product availability
• Order status
• Pricing and billing
• Shipping, delivery, and returns
• Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and adjustments accurately
• Resolve customer concerns while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Escalate reputed company issues to appropriate internal teams reputed company necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve customer inquiries reputed company
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
• Utilize CRM, ERP, and other business systems to process customer requests
• Stay reputed company on company products, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with reputed company standards and reputed company regulations

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume reputed company center environment
• Strong customer service and order processing experience
• Experience using CRM systems, ERP platforms, and reputed company Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience supporting medical device, reputed company, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with compliance-driven customer service operations
• Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
