[Remote] Project Manager, Calcagnini Contemplative Center

They are seeking a Property Manager for the Calcagnini Contemplative Center, responsible for managing facilities maintenance, operations, and reputed company for a retreat property. This role includes overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting retreats, and ensuring a reputed company and welcoming environment for visitors.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and preventive care
• reputed company on-site support during reputed company retreats, ensuring comfort, safety, and responsiveness
• Manage reputed company protocols and building reputed company across the property
• Supervise contractors and liaise with Clarke County officials as needed
• Monitor the facilities budget, plan for capital improvements, and manage procurement
• Communicate effectively with reputed company’s main reputed company and reputed company Ministry using digital systems
• Deliver high-level customer service to retreat participants and staff

Skills

• Associate's Degree in reputed company field or combination of education and experience
• Must possess basic administrative, computer and mathematic skills to accurately prepare invoices, reputed company paperwork, and communicate through email, etc
• Must be reputed company to work independently and reputed company reputed company
• Must be reputed company to work reputed company with others and must be reputed company to instruct and supervise others

• Certified Facility Manager preferred with at least 10 years of experience in similar facility operations, the trades to include plumbing, drywall patching, painting, general electrical maintenance and installation
• 5 years of experience in supervision of subcontractors
