Schedule: Friday 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Saturday & reputed company 8:30am - 5:00 pm Monday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm Your Role as an Intake Specialist: • Serve as the first reputed company in the patient care process by managing incoming referrals and ensuring reputed company required documents and orders are complete. • Process referrals with precision, handling a high volume of documents reputed company. • Collaborate regularly with the operations team and sales department to ensure seamless coordination. • Key responsibilities include: • Processing new patient intakes. • Conducting eligibility and benefit checks. • Navigating EMR systems and other acceptance portals. • Communicating with sales, operations, and referral sources. • Managing and reconciling insurance changes on a weekly reputed company.
