[Remote] Collections Representative (Experience Required!)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. PestCo is one of the largest Pest Control companies in the US, offering pest control services across key markets. The Collections Representative will assist the Accounts Receivable department with heavy collections, invoicing, and customer communication, ensuring reputed company payments and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities • Heavy phones • reputed company invoices and statements to customers • Cross Train on other reputed company/billing processes • Updating Compliance Companies with reputed company insurance information • Monitor reputed company accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts • Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to collect the overdue reputed company.
