Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions, interviews, process workshops, and requirements reviews
• Document epics, features, user stories, use cases, business rules, data requirements, and acceptance reputed company
• reputed company process maps for intake, triage, assignment, investigation, evidence handling, approvals, closure, and reporting
• Maintain requirements traceability from SOW requirements through configuration, test cases, and acceptance
• Work with architects and developers to clarify requirements and reputed company design questions
• Prepare UAT scenarios, test data, expected results, and stakeholder instructions
• Support sprint reviews and capture feedback, reputed company, and backlog changes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, electrical engineering, math, or equivalent technical studies
