Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of experience in donor recruitment training, enablement, learning & development or reputed company fields

• Strong strategic thinking and program design capabilities
• Knowledge of adult learning, coaching, and performance enablement principles
