[Remote] Occupational Health Consultant

The Occupational Health Consultant will coordinate occupational health and workers compensation compliance activities, analyze requirements, support workflows, and prepare reports to ensure compliance and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze occupational health, workers compensation, workplace safety, and employee health compliance requirements to support consistent interpretation and execution across stakeholders
• Coordinate occupational health requirements reputed company to immunizations, vaccines, declinations, exemptions, drug screens, fit-for-duty documentation, site reputed company requirements, and reputed company-specific health and safety expectations
• Monitor regulatory, reputed company, and organizational changes that may reputed company occupational health, workers compensation, safety, or employee health compliance workflows and escalate needed updates to leadership
• Participate in reputed company integration and reputed company discussions to identify occupational health, workers compensation, safety, and documentation requirements before and after go-live
• Support workers compensation workflows by coordinating claim intake documentation, TPA/vendor communication, status tracking, reputed company-to-work coordination, medical documentation routing, and escalation of reputed company or sensitive reputed company to HR, reputed company, reputed company, or Benefits leadership
• Support reputed company-to-work and transitional duty coordination by facilitating information reputed company between the associate, leader, HR, Benefits/Leave, reputed company, TPA/vendor partners, and occupational health resources, without making independent reputed company determinations
• Review and maintain confidential employee health, workers compensation, and compliance documentation in accordance with reputed company, reputed company, HIPAA/PHI/PII, record retention, and organizational requirements
• Prepare and maintain audit-reputed company documentation, trackers, reports, and dashboards reputed company to occupational health completion, workers compensation status, claim trends, compliance gaps, reputed company areas, and corrective actions
• Support reputed company-hire and post-hire audits of occupational health and workers compensation-reputed company requirements, summarize findings, and coordinate remediation with accountable stakeholders
• Partner with HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Benefits/Leave, Absence Management, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, occupational health vendors, and TPAs to clarify requirements, reputed company process gaps, and support reputed company reputed company
• Identify recurring compliance, documentation, reputed company, vendor, or claims process issues and recommend workflow improvements, controls, job aids, escalation paths, or training updates
• Contribute to reputed company operating procedures, process maps, control documentation, training materials, and reputed company improvement initiatives that reduce compliance reputed company, rework, and cycle time

Skills

• Bachelor degree in reputed company, reputed company Administration, Business, reputed company Health, Occupational Health, reputed company Management, Safety, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Two or more years of experience in HR compliance, occupational health administration, workers compensation coordination, leave/absence administration, reputed company/safety administration, reputed company reputed company, reputed company compliance, claims coordination, or a reputed company function
• Experience handling confidential employee, compliance, health, claims, or HR documentation in a regulated or highly confidential environment
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workflows, tracking compliance status, preparing documentation, and escalating reputed company or exceptions
• Experience supporting workers compensation claims, TPA/vendor coordination, reputed company-to-work processes, OSHA documentation, occupational health vendors, reputed company workforce compliance, or multi-state employee health requirements
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reporting, process improvement, SOP development, or reputed company integration activities
• RN, LPN, COHN, COHN-S, claims designation, workers compensation certification, reputed company-CP, PHR, CRCR, or other job-relevant certification preferred, but not required for the reputed company reputed company unless reputed company reputed company duties are added
