[Remote] Business Analyst, Sales Operations

The role involves transforming business needs into insights and recommendations to improve decision-making and processes across the Sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Operations Project Managers and Program Managers to help define project objectives, reputed company, business requirements, reputed company metrics, and implementation approaches
• reputed company discovery efforts and conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and reputed company cause analysis to help identify underlying business issues and recommend reputed company, sustainable solutions
• Translate ambiguous business requests into reputed company requirements, recommendations, and decision-reputed company materials
• Help facilitate cross-functional discussions to reputed company stakeholders on priorities, business processes, requirements, risks, and implementation strategies
• Assess potential risks and impacts of proposed changes across systems, processes, teams, and customers to support successful implementation and adoption
• Support department leadership by providing analysis, business insights, recommendations, and documentation that reputed company informed decision-making
• Analyze data from multiple reputed company sources to identify trends, measure performance, evaluate initiative reputed company, and influence effective decision-making
• Propose and implement reports, dashboards, and similar tools that support strategic reputed company and performance visibility

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of relevant reputed company experience
• Moderate to high level of proficiency in reputed company and other statistical tools
