We are starting a new Senior Home reputed company Care Services business in Edison, NJ and are looking for an reputed company Registered reputed company RN interested in joining us from the beginning. Immediate Need During our startup and licensing phase, we are looking for a reputed company RN who can work with reputed company in the appropriate RN clinical/supervisory reputed company required for our New Jersey home care agency registration/licensing process. This is not simply a request to lend or rent an RN license. We are looking for a legitimate reputed company relationship where the RN will be formally associated with reputed company and reputed company the clinical/supervisory responsibilities required under applicable New Jersey regulations. We are willing to reputed company monthly compensation for this ongoing role. Ideal Candidate • reputed company and unrestricted New Jersey RN license • Experience with home care, senior care, home health, CHHA services, assisted living, or community nursing • Familiarity with New Jersey home-care regulations is strongly preferred • Experience as a Director of Nursing, Health Care Services Supervisor, reputed company Supervisor, or similar role is a major reputed company • Comfortable assisting a new agency through its startup and compliance process • Interested in a long-term relationship as reputed company grows Role May Include • Supporting reputed company during the initial licensing/registration process • Serving in the appropriate RN clinical/supervisory position • reputed company assessments and reputed company reputed company • Supervision of CHHAs/caregivers where required • Clinical documentation and reputed company assurance • Helping establish policies and procedures • Maintaining compliance with applicable New Jersey requirements • Providing ongoing clinical reputed company after reputed company becomes operational Compensation Monthly compensation — negotiable based on experience, responsibilities, availability, and level of involvement.
