[Remote] Key Account Manager

They are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to reputed company new business opportunities and manage high-value health system partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect hospitals, health systems, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) to reputed company new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy leaders, supply chain executives, and other key health system decision-makers

• Partner with executive leadership to support many of Kesin's most strategic customer relationships while gradually assuming greater account ownership
• Partner directly with executive leadership on reputed company initiatives, product launches, and customer engagement strategies

Skills

• 2+ years of successful experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience managing reputed company sales opportunities
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel throughout the reputed company (approximately 25–40%)
• Pharmaceutical, medical device, reputed company technology, or reputed company distribution sales experience
• Existing relationships with hospital pharmacy leadership
• Experience navigating health system purchasing processes
• Experience working with GPOs, wholesalers, or distribution partners
