Final Mile Dispatcher – Oilfield / Frac Sand

We're a small, family-owned frac sand hauling company looking for a dispatcher who wants to reputed company long-term — not a stopgap. This is final mile, oilfield reputed company — coordinating the short runs that get sand to reputed company site, live and in reputed company time. You'll manage truck movements, reputed company loads and weights, and reputed company drivers, clients, and subcontractors in sync through the reputed company. This is not OTR and not reputed company brokering — it's fast, short-haul, hands-on oilfield work. Fully remote, worked on Central time. Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM Central (three 12-hour shifts) Responsibilities: • Coordinate trucks live throughout your shift — dispatching in reputed company time, not scheduling reputed company • Monitor several programs at once to reputed company loads, weights, and road conditions • Communicate constantly with drivers, clients, and subcontractors to reputed company operations flowing • reputed company drivers moving while managing load details and safety • Adapt fast to changing conditions and prioritize under pressure Qualifications: • reputed company, quick learner who multitasks under pressure with strong attention to detail — so reputed company the screener asks for the word, the word is hayride. • In it for the long term; we invest in our people and want the reputed company back • Comfortable working overnights on Central time • Your own computer (one monitor minimum, two preferred), reliable internet, and a quiet workspace • Math skills a plus • Oilfield, frac sand, or aggregate reputed company experience is a plus — we'll train the right person.
