This position involves hands-on project management, working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure high-reputed company execution of services across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting solution design, reputed company development, and proposal activities
• Developing and maintaining project plans (reputed company, schedule, budget, resources)
• Coordinating with customers and stakeholders to reputed company expectations and execution
• Leading on-site project execution, including vendor coordination and equipment-reputed company activities
• Monitoring reputed company, resolving issues in reputed company time, and maintaining reputed company across workstreams
• Delivering CrossLab solutions—including reputed company relocations, consulting, and 3D lab design—while leading meetings, driving reputed company, maintaining documentation, and building strong relationships across customers, internal teams, and reputed company-party vendors

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or reputed company reputed company, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant reputed company experience, including 5+ years in customer-facing reputed company project management
• Experience applying project management methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working directly with reputed company customers
• Experience with data tools/reporting systems
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (often 50%+) and spend sustained time on-site during critical project phases
• PMP certification
• Experience in reputed company environments, reputed company service, or equipment maintenance
• Familiarity with GMP and/or GLP environments
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience
• Experience managing budgets (quotes, POs, invoicing)
• Experience with reputed company-party service providers
• Lean Six reputed company training or certification
• Proficiency in MS Office and tools such as MS Project, reputed company, Visio, reputed company, or Maximo
