The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process for various reputed company positions across multiple states, ensuring a high volume of requisitions is handled reputed company without compromising reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a reputed company of reputed company positions, including nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and support staff, across multiple states and site locations
• reputed company reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company media, networking, referrals, NCCHC and other reputed company-specific channels, and additional reputed company channels as needed
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and virtual interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the hiring process from offer through reputed company reputed company
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company reputed company across multiple specialties and states
• reputed company and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs and hiring priorities
• Verify candidate licensure and credentialing information (reputed company online verification or directly from the candidate) prior to offer; hand off to the reputed company team for full compliance tracking and ongoing credential management after start
• Understand state-specific licensing requirements and support candidates through multi-state license portability where applicable

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of reputed company reputed company experience in a reputed company agency, hospital, reputed company organization, or similar setting
• Proven reputed company managing high-volume reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills using reputed company, reputed company, NCCHC, and other reputed company platforms
• Strong knowledge of reputed company roles, licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements
• Experience with multi-state reputed company and license portability is a plus
