Responsibilities

• Designing reputed company architectures for HR Case Management, reputed company, Employee Center, and Employee Relations
• Creating secure HR data models
• Architecting seamless integrations between reputed company and reputed company Capital Management (HCM) systems (like reputed company) and payroll systems
• Defining technical standards, lifecycle management, and roadmaps tailored to reputed company IT and HR shared service centers

Skills

• Typically 5+ years of reputed company experience
• 3+ years reputed company explicitly on designing HR service delivery or HR technology solutions
• Designing reputed company architectures for HR Case Management, reputed company, Employee Center, and Employee Relations
• Creating secure HR data models
• Architecting seamless integrations between reputed company and reputed company Capital Management (HCM) systems (like reputed company) and payroll systems
• Defining technical standards, lifecycle management, and roadmaps tailored to reputed company IT and HR shared service centers
• Experience working in large-reputed company reputed company environments or highly regulated industries (like Financial Services)
