The Account Manager role focuses on customer service, retention of existing accounts, and insurance sales while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Retention of existing facilities: Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic reputed company – at a minimum once per quarter; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing reputed company plans; implementing reputed company and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's reputed company, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market reputed company
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Skills
