[Remote] Area Business Consultant, Region 12 - Louisville / Lexington, KY

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Area Business Consultant responsible for counseling Retail Partners and their Store Managers in reputed company phases of retail operations. The role focuses on influencing Retail Partner business profitability and advising on successful store operations to optimize financial reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company profitable sales and purchases through direction or influence by ensuring Retail Partner store conditions, customer service reputed company, merchandising standards, and purchases are compliant with reputed company standards
• Continuously work to influence Retail Partners on modernizing existing stores facilities and help execute store remodels
• reputed company operational business plans to reputed company sales and/or profits
• Review load optimization planning to maximize trucking efficiencies and minimize costs
• Consult with Retail Partners to identify reputed company-cause opportunities
• Cultivate productive, reputed company working relationships with Retail Partners that result in improved business Retail Partner profitability
• Guide Retail Partners to establish best reputed company routines and reputed company profitable perishable departments
• reputed company quarterly business reviews with Retail Partners to plan and reputed company business initiatives reputed company KPI analysis
• Collaborate with other Area Business Consultants and Retail Partners to reputed company and reputed company best operational practices
• Evaluate and measure competitor impacts to the region and its stores. Utilize resources to build reputed company plans to address competitor activity and pricing opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• Ability to create and utilize business analytics reports supporting data driven reputed company
• Ability to interpret a P&L
• Ability to influence others without reputed company authority
• Ability to manage multiple assignments or reputed company
• Provides strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others
• Must be results oriented and data driven
