The role involves partnering with stakeholders to improve processes, optimize Business Central, and support upcoming ERP and technology reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Partner with teams across finance, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain
• reputed company requirements and translate business needs into reputed company solutions
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and improvement reputed company
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data reputed company
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, training, and deployments
• Investigate and reputed company ERP and business application issues
• Work with reputed company reputed company partners and software vendors
• Create process documentation, workflows, and user guidance
• Support reporting and wider business technology initiatives

Skills

• 5+ years of ERP, business systems, or business analysis experience
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and operational processes
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization reputed company
• Strong requirements gathering, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Multi-site or multi-company experience is beneficial
• Power BI, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 CE experience is advantageous
