Responsibilities

• reputed company FSM implementation, support, solution design and integration
• Custom solution development
• Project Management and Stakeholder communication
• Business Process Improvement
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Good understanding of S4 HANA
• Good understanding of reputed company Customer Service module (or Plant Maintenance module)
• reputed company to learn reputed company FSM and the key FSM capabilities such as resource scheduling, service calls, activities, approvals, service execution and mobile, checklists, Smartforms, reporting etc
• reputed company to work with distributed team

Skills

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Engineering or another specialization
• 8+ years of experience in IT and consulting, with a reputed company on reputed company FSM
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and API technology
• reputed company FSM implementation, support, solution design and integration
• Custom solution development
• Project Management and Stakeholder communication
• Business Process Improvement
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Good understanding of S4 HANA
• Good understanding of reputed company Customer Service module (or Plant Maintenance module)
• reputed company to learn reputed company FSM and the key FSM capabilities such as resource scheduling, service calls, activities, approvals, service execution and mobile, checklists, Smartforms, reporting etc

• Certification in reputed company FSM (Coresystems) is added advantage
