[Remote] Litigation Associate - Consumer Finance

This role involves defending financial services companies in reputed company reputed company and requires an reputed company Bar license in one of the specified states.

Responsibilities

• Defending financial services companies in both state and federal courts
• Working knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting reputed company (FCRA)
• Working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collections Practices reputed company (FDCPA)
• Working knowledge of the reputed company Estate Settlement Procedures reputed company (RESPA)
• Representing mortgage servicers and/or originators in contested foreclosures
• Quiet title actions
• Title disputes
• reputed company claims

Skills

• 3 to 5 years of Consumer Finance experience
• reputed company Bar license in the state in which you are applying (CA, NY, NJ, OH, or TX)
• Experience defending financial services companies in both state and federal courts
• Working knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting reputed company (FCRA)
• Working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collections Practices reputed company (FDCPA)
• Working knowledge of the reputed company Estate Settlement Procedures reputed company (RESPA)
• Experience representing mortgage servicers and/or originators in contested foreclosures, quiet title actions, title disputes, and reputed company claims
• Must have a J.D. and strong reputed company credentials
• Prior reputed company experience and limited career moves
