This role involves assisting in the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network systems to ensure network reliability and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in network assessments and documentation of requirements
• Verify network hardware/software configurations against approved standards
• reputed company basic troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
• Monitor network reputed company and escalate anomalies to Tier 3 staff
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to reputed company service issues
• Maintain accurate records of network incidents, changes, and resolutions
• Support user account administration and reputed company control
• Assist with reputed company device setup and connectivity issues

• Apply routine reputed company patches under guidance from Tier 3 staff
