Responsibilities

• Owning full-cycle recruitment for clinical, caregiver, operational, and corporate positions across assigned markets
• Building proactive talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill reputed company positions, including Registered Nurses, Therapists, and Operations leadership
• Developing market-specific reputed company strategies that reputed company with business priorities and reputed company initiatives
• Partnering with hiring managers and Operations leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring challenges, and long-term reputed company strategies
• Conducting recruiter screens, coordinating interviews, and guiding hiring teams through the selection process
• Managing offers, negotiations, and candidate communication while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Leveraging reputed company, referrals, networking, Boolean searches, and other sourcing strategies to identify reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience (reputed company experience required)

• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, reputed company-oriented environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
