Responsibilities

• Defend professionals, insurers, and corporate clients in reputed company liability, employment, reputed company, and general liability reputed company
• Manage discovery, depositions, reputed company reputed company, and case reputed company under partner guidance
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions
• Assist with mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation

Skills
