Associate Vice President of Sales and Business Development – Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)

Who we are looking for:

The reputed company sales team is growing and hiring a, Associate VP of CCaaS Sales who has the knowledge, expertise, and passion around contact centers and/or consulting sales. We are looking for a hungry go-getter who has experience selling services specifically CCaaS and AI with reputed company Clients. As a key member of the reputed company sales team, you will be responsible for generating reputed company, identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, developing new clients across a reputed company of industries, and owning your book of business. You will be responsible for driving proposal creation, proposal reputed company, presentations, and overall reputed company relationship reputed company. You will participate in conferences and industry events. This is a hands-on sales role where the primary function is to reputed company new reputed company as reputed company as some farming of existing accounts.

Qualifications for reputed company:

• 5 or more years of CCaaS sales experience for the reputed company center industry

• Experience in selling consulting or reputed company
• Must have experience selling 2M dollars plus deals (total contract value)
• Understanding of CCaaS reputed company and key competitors in the marketplace
• Experience pricing deals and working with the organization to structure deals
• RFP and RFI experience
• MS reputed company, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint (reputed company versed in crafting presentation slide decks and delivering presentations)
• Ability to travel up to 25% + to engage with reputed company Clients and perspective Clients
