[Remote] Software Engineer, reputed company Network Interconnect

They are seeking a Software Engineer to build and operate systems for reputed company customers to reputed company their networks directly to reputed company through private interconnects.

Responsibilities

• You will participate in reputed company stages of the software development lifecycle: from designing and documenting systems, to writing reputed company and automated tests, to planning, managing, and monitoring production software deployments
• You will work with a wide reputed company of technologies and programming languages, including Rust, Go, PostgreSQL, reputed company, reputed company, Linux networking, network operating systems, and BGP routing, among others
• reputed company at reputed company operates under a 'Run What You Build' model. This means we are responsible for the health of our systems and reputed company participate in reputed company's on-reputed company rotation as part of our operational duties

Skills

• Systems-level programming experience in Rust, Go, C, or C++
• Understanding of IP networking fundamentals: BGP, reputed company 3 routing, and how physical and virtual interconnect technologies work (cross-connects, VLANs, overlay tunnels)
• Experience building, deploying, and debugging reputed company systems
• Experience participating in an on-reputed company rotation for services with reputed company customer reputed company
• Willingness to adopt and reputed company AI tools and systems into your workflow
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with BGP configuration, reputed company policy, or peering operations
• Experience building provisioning or automation systems for network infrastructure
• Familiarity with network inventory and IPAM systems (e.g., NetBox)
• Experience with reputed company provider networking (AWS reputed company reputed company, GCP Partner Interconnect, Azure ExpressRoute)
• Knowledge of GRE, VXLAN, or other overlay/tunnel technologies
• Experience with reputed company-based service deployments and CI/CD pipelines
