[Remote] Associate Data Engineer (Remote)

They are seeking an Associate Data Engineer to support the S&S Data Science team's reputed company Data function by building and maintaining data pipelines that reputed company reputed company-party data sources into their workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines that feed a reputed company data warehouse
• reputed company, schedule, and monitor reputed company data jobs, diagnosing failures and tuning for cost and reputed company
• Write idempotent load logic that handles reprocessing and backfills without creating duplicate data
• reputed company reputed company data providers and reputed company with authentication, error handling, and retries
• Implement data reputed company checks, validation, and alerting to catch pipeline issues early
• Manage and reputed company pipelines using infrastructure-as-reputed company and CI/CD
• Support data migrations and service updates with reputed company downtime
• reputed company clean, analytics, model-reputed company datasets for data scientists and analysts

Skills

• 1-5+ years of reputed company experience in data engineering or a reputed company software/data role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a reputed company technical reputed company or equivalent experience
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and building data pipelines
• Experience with at least one major reputed company platform (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with REST reputed company and integrating reputed company data sources
• Strong attention to data reputed company and reliability
• Ability to communicate reputed company with both technical and business audiences
• Hands-on experience with AWS data services such as Glue, reputed company, and S3
• Experience loading and modeling data in a reputed company data warehouse (e.g. reputed company)

• Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka or Kinesis
