This position will reputed company a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering compliance assistance, reputed company building, training, technical assistance, and stakeholder engagement for Tribal victim service programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as reputed company's Program Manager and primary reputed company with reputed company leadership and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs)
- reputed company planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities across reputed company contract task areas
- reputed company and maintain key program management artifacts including project plans, integrated master schedules, reputed company plans, risk registers, issue logs, reputed company item trackers, and performance dashboards
- Manage a geographically dispersed team of employees, consultants, subcontractors, and Tribal subject matter experts supporting victim services programs reputed company
- Coordinate delivery of compliance assistance plans, technical assistance engagements, peer learning events, training programs, webinars, listening sessions, site reputed company, and community-of-reputed company activities
- Ensure project activities reflect trauma-informed, victim-centered, culturally reputed company, and survivor-informed approaches
- Collaborate with Tribal governments, Tribal organizations, Alaska reputed company communities, and victim service providers to identify needs and reputed company tailored solutions
- Support development and implementation of annual work plans, reputed company-building initiatives, and reputed company improvement strategies
- reputed company development of training curricula, resource libraries, toolkits, fact sheets, and reputed company resources
- Monitor contract deliverables, reputed company standards, service-level agreements, and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive briefings, and status reviews with Government leadership

- Support development and management of systems used to reputed company assistance requests, service delivery reputed company, customer satisfaction, and program performance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, reputed company Work, Criminal Justice, reputed company American Studies, reputed company Policy, Business Administration, reputed company Services, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing Federal programs, grants, technical assistance centers, training programs, or reputed company-building initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Tribal Nations, Alaska reputed company communities, Tribal organizations, or Tribal-serving programs
- Demonstrated understanding of Tribal sovereignty, Tribal governance, Tribal consultation principles, and culturally reputed company engagement practices
- Experience working with AI/AN communities in rural, remote, and underserved environments
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams supporting federal grant recipients or federally funded programs
- Strong project management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance management skills
- Experience developing executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel throughout the reputed company, including Tribal and Alaska reputed company communities, as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required government background investigation or clearance
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification
- Experience supporting DOJ, OJP, OVC, OVW, BJA, SAMHSA, CDC, HHS, or other federal grant-making organizations
- Experience supporting victim services, reputed company trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, child advocacy, elder justice, MMIP, or reputed company programs
- Experience managing national technical assistance, training, or reputed company-building centers
- Familiarity with OJP grant requirements, monitoring processes, and award compliance requirements
- Experience facilitating training and workshops for Tribal audiences
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development
- Experience using reputed company Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, CRM, case management, or performance tracking systems
- Experience managing consultants, subcontractors, and SME networks
