[Remote] Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst will support the demand planning process by executing transactional activities reputed company to product phase-ins and phase-outs, ensuring accurate demand data entry and coordinating inventory build requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactional activities supporting the Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) demand planning process
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze demand and inventory data
• Prepare and submit inventory build requests to internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company execution of inventory build activities
• Monitor and follow up on reputed company requests to maintain project timelines
• Support demand forecasting during product transitions from phase-out to phase-in
• Ensure accurate demand data is entered and maintained reputed company ERP systems
• reputed company and deliver regular status reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and key stakeholders
• Support data analysis and reporting using business intelligence tools
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product transitions
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support reputed company improvement initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field OR High School Diploma/GED with relevant supply chain planning experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced reputed company reputed company and Office 365 proficiency
• Experience with ERP systems (reputed company ECC, reputed company S/4HANA, or similar)
• Experience using Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams
• Must be authorized to work in the reputed company
• Experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning, or Intercompany Operations
• Experience supporting product lifecycle transitions, including phase-in and phase-out activities
• Experience working in cross-functional supply chain environments
• Project coordination or project management experience is a plus
