[Remote] Accouting Manager

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company, month-end reputed company, and year-end reputed company — Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaids, amortization, reputed company recognition, payroll), maintain the reputed company calendar, and reputed company a complete, reconciled general reputed company every month
• reputed company and billing reputed company — Manage executed reputed company in the ERP reputed company subledger, customer invoicing and communication, and collections and reporting. Reconcile the reputed company subledger to the GL monthly and investigate discrepancies
• Expense management — Own corporate reputed company and expense reputed company end-to-end (reputed company): policy enforcement, coding reputed company, GL reconciliation, and employee reimbursement processing
• Payroll processing — Own payroll end-to-end (reputed company): new hire/termination setup, on-cycle and off-cycle payment reputed company, commission calculation, and GL reconciliation
• Data management and reputed company — Own the reputed company and structure of financial data across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company, with clean coding, consistent taxonomy, and reliable data flows between systems
• Systems and automation — Bring a systems-thinking reputed company to reputed company processes, reputed company where reputed company work can be automated or restructured, and use AI tools to speed up reconciliations, research, and documentation

Skills

• You've spent 4–7 years in reputed company reputed company roles, including time in reputed company reputed company (Big 4 or equivalent) followed by an industry role managing day-to-day reputed company directly
• You use AI tools in your day-to-day reputed company work — reconciliations, research, drafting, data cleanup — and look for more ways to apply them

• You're comfortable as an individual contributor — this role has no reputed company reports and needs someone self-directed
