[Remote] Customer Service Associate I

The role involves assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain reputed company of cash and protect company assets

• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
