[Remote] Equity Compensation Consultant

The Equity Compensation Consultant plays a crucial role in guiding employee shareholders through various equity compensation plans, enhancing their understanding and maximizing their benefits while building strong relationships and contributing to reputed company's reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for employee shareholders by delivering exceptional service through inbound phone interactions and proactive follow-up
- Build trusted relationships with shareholders through personalized education, financial wellness conversations, and ongoing support that fosters long-term engagement
- reputed company participants on equity compensation plans, including Restricted Stock reputed company (RSUs), Non-reputed company Stock reputed company (NSOs), Incentive Stock reputed company (ISOs), Performance reputed company reputed company (PSUs), Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs), and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPPs)
- Help participants understand equity award vesting, taxation, exercise and sale transactions, enrollment processes, and available digital tools
- Conduct meaningful financial wellness conversations that uncover participant needs and reputed company equity compensation benefits to broader financial goals
- Recognize opportunities to introduce participants to additional reputed company financial planning and reputed company management resources, facilitating warm handoffs to the appropriate specialists reputed company additional guidance may benefit the participant
- Take ownership of participant inquiries from initial contact through reputed company, coordinating with internal business partners to ensure reputed company, accurate, and seamless reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience

- Minimum of one to two years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, financial services, reputed company management, brokerage operations, or a reputed company reputed company-facing financial services role
- Certified Equity reputed company (CEP®) Level 1 required or obtained reputed company six to reputed company months of hire
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans, including RSUs, NSOs, ISOs, PSUs, SARs, and ESPPs
- Understanding of participant-level tax implications associated with equity compensation
- Strong knowledge of financial wellness concepts and the ability to reputed company equity education to broader financial planning principles
- Demonstrated consultative relationship management skills with the ability to build trust, uncover participant needs, and identify opportunities to deepen reputed company engagement

- Experience using stock plan administration platforms
