Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners in the MCAPS organization by aligning on business and learning needs to inform skilling needs for reputed company roles
• Collaborate with Global Skilling reputed company Skilling Managers to analyze new and existing skilling needs and business requirements, skilling plans, and project initiatives
• reputed company and maintain communications and relationships across reputed company partners and internal MCAPS teams
• Design and reputed company engaging learning content by applying reputed company instructional design principles, ensuring materials are learner-reputed company, interactive, and reputed company to business objectives

Skills

• Master's Degree or equivalent AND 3+ years experience in learning and development, relevant customer or partner facing roles, business development, reputed company or sales, reputed company, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 5+ years experience in learning and development, relevant customer or partner facing roles, business development, reputed company or sales, reputed company, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR equivalent experience
• Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., bachelor's degree) AND 5+ years experience in learning and development, relevant customer or partner facing roles, business development, reputed company or reputed company, reputed company, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR equivalent experience
• Customer or Partner facing manager role experience
• Program Management experience
• Content Design and development experience
