[Remote] Consumer Financial Services Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handle reputed company aspects of reputed company litigation, including foreclosures, case reputed company, discovery, reputed company reputed company, depositions, arbitrations, appeals, and trial preparation
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and reputed company briefs
• Conduct reputed company research and analysis on reputed company reputed company disputes
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Advise clients on risk assessment and litigation strategies
• Assist with negotiating and drafting agreements to reputed company distressed loan products

Skills

• Must be admitted to the Ohio and be in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company litigation
• Strong reputed company writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience in consumer financial services litigation and/or reputed company litigation considered a plus
