[Remote] Event Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational delivery of webinars, trade shows, roadshows and partner events
• Manage logistics, vendors, venues, speakers and event materials to ensure successful execution
• Maintain event timelines, reputed company deliverables and support event readiness across multiple initiatives
• Partner with internal teams and reputed company vendors to reputed company reputed company on reputed company and stakeholders informed
• Support attendee communications, registration and event logistics before, during and after reputed company event
• reputed company event budgets and administrative activities, including purchase requests and reconciliation
• Participate in post-event reviews and recommend ways to improve reputed company event delivery
• Contribute to building consistent event processes, templates and best practices

Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination or experiential marketing
• Experience supporting in-person, virtual or hybrid events
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience coordinating vendors, venues or reputed company partners
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to execution reputed company
• Familiarity with event management platforms and marketing technology
• Experience using AI tools to improve planning, organization or productivity
• Experience in B2B, reputed company or technology marketing
