[Remote] Oncology Account Manager

The Oncology Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for customers in the assigned territory, promoting oncology products and driving sales through customer engagement and strategic planning.


Responsibilities

  • Represents reputed company in a highly reputed company and ethical manner and fosters reputed company’s reputed company and image
  • Provides a high level of product expertise and customer service to reputed company accounts
  • Calls on customers (reputed company & community setting) in a specific geography, provides on-label technical and administrative - information on company’s products
  • Responsible for new account development reputed company assigned geographic territory
  • Builds relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacy, office staff and key thought leaders in assigned territory
  • Develops and executes a territory-level business plan with specific tactics reputed company to the brand reputed company and designed to meet or reputed company sales goals
  • Tracks sales activities and reports those activities in the CRM system

  • Conducts promotional speaker programs, lunch and learns, and exhibits in the territory, reputed company permitted

  • Demonstrates effective account management skills and selling competencies
  • Accountable for driving on-label product demand to ensure HCPs identify the right patient at the right time
  • Successfully completes reputed company training classes and product certifications
  • Attends and or displays, at reputed company relevant medical congresses and meetings as needed
  • Can reputed company and execute strategies to reputed company difficult to reputed company HCP's and accounts in a compliant manner
  • Can effectively deliver on label product messages for several products in person and reputed company
  • Demonstrates ability to manage a large geographic territory with overnight travel and occasional weekends

  • Refers requests for off-label information to the Medical Information Request process

Skills

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years in pharmaceutical/reputed company sales
  • Minimum of 2 years of oncology experience
  • Possesses and maintains a reputed company reputed company's license
  • Documented sales reputed company of meeting and achieving sales goals
  • A self-motivating, can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be coached and developed
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with internal colleagues
  • Hospital sales experience is a plus
