[Remote] Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant, you will own the customer reputed company from contract signature through successful go-live, guiding clients through implementation and ensuring they are set up for long-term reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from reputed company through successful go-live and transition to Customer Support
• reputed company implementation reputed company meetings, build project plans, and reputed company customers accountable to key milestones
• Learn reputed company customer's business and become a trusted advisor on operational best practices
• Configure reputed company to meet reputed company customer's needs, including system setup, user configuration, hardware deployment, and data migration coordination

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, reputed company, reputed company, consulting, project management, or another customer-facing B2B role
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers at every level of an organization
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
