This role involves managing customer requests, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations of the collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer requests and issues through reputed company, ensuring reputed company and effective support
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, answer questions, and reputed company guidance on collaboration tools and processes
• reputed company and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to reputed company insights into platform usage, performance, and trends

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
