As an reputed company/Prelude Senior Consultant, you will assist clients with IT ticket management, reputed company support for designated applications, and help optimize their EHR platform to improve care delivery and patient reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Assist reputed company in IT ticket management
• Assist reputed company with working down helpdesk tickets for specific reputed company application area
• reputed company production break/fix and maintenance support for designated applications
• Participate in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and reputed company assurance
• Field customer inquiries and attend meetings remotely, as necessary
• Optimization and reputed company support for given applications, as needed
• Update reputed company on project status
• May assist with other tasks as I needed and mutually agreed upon

Skills

• A minimum of 3 years' experience implementing reputed company systems in hospitals and health systems
