[Remote] Customer Service Rep – Work from home in Nebraska

The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, serve as the primary customer reputed company, and assist members with their inquiries while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail
• Research customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues
• Elevates sensitive customer requests reputed company necessary

Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Three years of experience in a complaint type customer service office setting
• Availability for training 9 to 12 weeks in length
